Why writing a personal journal will help you?

(aka "I am depressed" or "Solving your problems")

Are you sad? Depressed? Do you have so many problems that you don't know where to start? Writing is your rescue.

When I feel sad, dispirited I just sit down and write. I write about things that make me sad and the next day I read it again. I'm thinking: "is my fear real or am I just convincing myself that those bad things will happen to me?" Most of the time I find those fears exaggerated. I hope that writing will change my way of thinking. I must not be afraid of things, that don't even exist! I think I'm just more intelligent, concious and aware when I use journal.

This is just one of the reasons you should also create your own journal. Before writing this article, I've researched the Internet to find some information, why do people use journals. Here is what I've found:

Let your personal journal be your own world, sweet home, where you are the bravest human in the world. Be honest at least with yourself.
