PDKit provides applications and services for writing and publishing texts as well as others. Using these Services and Applications, constitutes User's acceptance of Terms in this Agreement.
Before using the Services and Applications, User has to register by filling appropriate form.
PDKit is currently in a prerelease mode. User using PDKit may encounter diffrent issues and problems. PDKit systems can go offline at any time, without informing User. There is no guarantee that Services and Applications will function properly.
Currently PDKit is free to use but in the future it may become a paid service. Users of PDKit will be informed about changes either through email or main pdkit.net website.
User understands and agrees that he/she is responsible for using Services and Applications at his/her own risk. PDKit provides this web site, Applications and Services "AS IS" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. In no event shall PDKit be liable for any lost profits or any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of, relating to, or in connection with, directly or in directly, or intentionally or negligently, the use of PDKit Services or Applications.
User's account can be closed by administrators of PDKit after 3 months of inactivity or even without a reason or notice.
While publishing your data, you warrant that you will not publish any messages (in any form), that are violent, vulgar, racist, threatening, or violative of any laws.
